Aren't they territorial? So if I hand feed them and knew them for about 6 months do you still think they would fly away?

there not really territorial. I wouldn't risk letting them out because they coud and most likely will fly away :!:

Do you know what other pheasants have nice tails. How much do you sell yours for when they are in season? I can't find many threads about golden pheasants for sale in this forum. I emailed that person you suggested also.

goldens are your best option, I sell them for $25 each as chicks.

When they are chicks can you just let them sleep inside with a lamp next to them. I use to do this with ducks when I was small. In the end I had around 20 and had to give them all away.

Ok I found a seller of Goldens that are 5-6 Month old a Pair for $90. I was wondering if they had colour yet at that age and also what should I feed them? Turky Mix?

they wont have there colour yet, but they should in their next moult ;) with young pheasants i give them turkey grower pellets

Is $90 Ok? How do you tell if they are male or female?
