I have cut down on the goldens to make way for more firebacks, edwards and silvers I have now only 16 pens full of goldens most with trois in them and only 8 pens of dark throats again most with trios. I do have a soft spot for the darks they are a nice mutation when bred right and always produce their pure form as expected from a natural mutation. I have my pens ready for the yellows when PA releases them and the banned pieds are great and also breed true as expected from a mutation but its the yellows thats the end result of PA's breeding using the banneds and what a fantastic result he has achieved.

George

I have reduced mine also George because of room I still have 8 cages with 24 in total and they all breed like mice  I think some idiots have missed the point of the banned pieds but when they see the end results as we have already they will eat their words and be shown for the fools they are.

I hope I am still on the list for the banded mutation and the yellows I have re-emailed PA but not heard as yet. They are a knockout mutation that's a given ;)

The banned pied mutation is the hard work of our no1 peafowl and pheasant breeder and its very sort after by anyone that knows pheasant and rightly so. Having seen the pictures of the Yellow golden mutation by PA and the development of them through the banned pied we all need to thank him for his work AGAIN.
