Hi all, Very much in love with this colour, just wanting to know if you breed a white to a pied (around 40% white) can you get the odd reverse pied (80-90% white)? And how many of you have these stunning birds.

Wow... heaps, i'm green.... lol, not sure if i'm allowed to ask if you sell them at all ;) I've always loved peafowl from a child..... when I was 9 we went to the local produce store and they had peachicks for sale..... Dad wouldn't let me get some, but a quick chat to mum changed things  So we got 2, both turned out hens.... We had them in suburbia Brisbane, they never left the yard and were locked up each night. I remember hearing a peacock calling down the back of our place along the creek.... Went down there and I saw him, living by the creek and the factories that lined it, I took one of my peahens down there in a cage, he displayed right away, I ran up behind him and caught him. And let me tell you, if my older brother wasn't with me there was no way I could have held this bird. Took him home and put him in the big run. After 3 weeks I let him out (cringe I know, I was 9). He stayed for about a month... then took off again.

No your not allowed to ask sidesplit.gif sidesplit.gif lots are sold every year unless you ask 'tracey' [that reminds me I must email the Hippopotamus pictures] then he will embellish that he only breeds some each year just like he invented air and water

nice story ;)
