Can I please ask your help

How is the best ways to sex the young white peafowls

Seems they look all the same to me so must be something small to look for?

Sorry if this has been asked before but I did look and there is just so many pages to go through it will take forever

Thanks
K

[smilie=welcome.gif] K they are not easy to sex you really need to wait until they are over 8 months then the leg length will be longer on the peacocks and body size and body length are greater on the peacocks. So in other words the Peacocks stand taller because they have longer legs, they are bigger in body to the peahens

Well, there is the Congo Peafowl which is very small and the cock has an unusual crest.
Unfortunately, we don't have any in Aus to my knowledge.
