Can 2 females sit side by side in the same nest and get on for the whole time?

Its common with a mix of peafowl I have several peahens in one pen and they regular sit together

You will probably find 1 hen will take over all the peachicks if there is only a few between them but thats ok they will always have standby mum

I think if 1 is old and the other is young it may be the old 1 will bully the young hen they are all different so its an individual thing

Will 2 females lay their eggs in the same nest site but only 1 sit and hatch the eggs
