Hi there I need some advice I have 2 young male peacocks and they have been the best of friends but in the last 2 or 3 days they seem to be a little aggressive towards each other I was wondering if that will stop or is this a sign of things to come and also could it get worse?

2 young males- How old? If you don't have any peahens (girls) tagging along with these two young men then things shouldn't get much worse, however every Peacock is different.
Are they penned or free roaming?
When they are young they seem to test out their dominance between one another. Coming up to breeding season and during, they will naturally display their tail to one another, and one will try to deter the other from showing off tail (sometimes) by jumping at it or just chasing one another.
It should settle done once one of them claims dominance or accepts defeat hide:

If they get too aggressive you could separate them for the breeding season or get them a hen each???

I would try to have equal or more females to males! I have 2 less females compare to males & there is high tension an a few usually luck out.....but they o all get along generally!

2 to 1 hen ratio is a good combination. Are they free range or caged?
