That is a top post PP I read that a while back. Since then I have been putting my eggs straight in the fridge & keeping them in a carton at all times. My hubby's sister collects her eggs every day but leaves thm down in the in yard until they need another carton full. They live on a big piece of land. We just have a small suburban block. I couldn't even imagine hat her egg whites would be like. I reckon they would run all over the pan for sure. My Girls eggs are really perky & the egg white sits really firm around the yolk. Yum |
