Can anybody out there tell me how to correct a club foot in a newly hatched chick? I would like to do it as soon as possible if there is a way. Perhaps using a splint????? Thanks guys, Cheers ![]() |

Can someone please explain what a clubbed foot chick looks like and why this occurs? I have see humans with clubbed feet but never chicks. Little Wheezy was a late hatch and was splayed but he has grown up straight and tall without any aides. Thank you, kindly ![]() In regards to splints, I think that you can you pipe cleaners as splints on chicks. PS Photos of Wheezy at hatch and now.
