My first bout many years ago, showed itself with the girls getting dry, loose looking skin on their feet...then they got gnarly looking...crusty..pale...even after second day of treatment I could see improvement.... This last bout was brought in with a new hen and it was obviously left untreated for what looked like her whole life....she loved the treatment and it must have been such a relief..it deformed her claws and she walks with a limp. Prevention is vital Andrew...

Mine first had a loss of their scales on the legs and feet so I had an idea they maybe getting the mites and treated them and the scale stoped falling off |

Just as a "bump" to this topic I find if you SCRUB the pest oil with your husbands toothbrush it quickens the effect by several days but not the Spray On Pest Oil, too diluted, it needs to be concentrate oil which is just like liquid vaseline..... |
