 Post subject: Holes in the feathers?

in the flght fethers on my pigeons there are little holes about the size of lice or mite,is it mites or lice which have caused this(they used to have lice and mites but i dont think so now) it just looks a little ratty

Hi Stuart, it will almost certainly be Mites as that is the type of damage they do. You will need to Spray, Dip or dust them which ever style you use.

yep done that a while ago there pest free any idea on how long untill they are normal again(the feathers)

Not really it's seasonal based. You can pluck some of the worst feathers as long as they are not flight feathers.
