I picked up some seafood cat biscuits on saturday and tried them and wow they love them i was surprised that they just got into them without hesitation. So can I ask how much and how often I should give them the biscuits

Tava did you just feed them out of the box or break them up also did you use the home brand or a named brand please

Is it normal for the hens to lay small eggs when they first start laying again after the winter break. The eggs are like the size they lay when they first start laying

Yes I get that every year but the second egg and so on should be normal size if not you may need to look at their diet as they could be lacking something gluck.gif

None of my leghorn hens have come back to lay yet and I know its not their diet as that has not changed in years so it has to be climate I think but I hope they start soon I am starting to get a little worried

how old are they?
when were they last wormed?
are their combs nice and red?
