No such luck.
You just have to trust them on their word.
It's not like a dog or cat vaccination which is done by an impartial 3rd party- namely a vet.
Breeders vaccinate their own birds. Most are honest ( I hope)

going on what I hear around the traps and at shows =
abt 40% of breeders vaccinate for Mareks #
abt 10% for Fowl Pox *
abt 5% for Infectious Bronchitis +
abt 5% for Coryza +
and to date not heard of anyone vaccinating for Coccidiosis
also - I have not heard of any exhibition breeders vaccinating for Newcastles Disease in the last 10 years = this vaccine is normally only used when there is an outbreak in any given state at which time all bird movements are required to be stopped anyway to reduce the risk of infection/spreading elsewhere
and a strict quarantine imposed on the infected flock and area = most if not all birds are destoyed once the disease has been proven via pathology

# by 9-10mths a bird has as much resistance to Mareks as it will ever get if not vaccinated - also IF vaccinated by this age you know if it has 'taken' = some (not all) birds do not develop a resistance regardless of being vaccinated
Mareks vaccination is given within 24hrs of hatching

* this is done annually by some that use it - but if you keep mossie numbers down in the warmer months the risk is minimal and once a bird has it it doesnt get it again (apparently)
Fowl Pox Vaccination can be given at any age

+ both rarely vaccinated against and are treated using appropriate antibiotics
no idea the age given as I dont vaccinate against these 2
