Sorry to hear, some chooks (and other poultry) while broody forget to get up and eat, thus she might have gotten weak and sick while broody. You must act quickly now if you've a chance to save her and you may not save her but if you believe she is worth a try you can try this remedy:

Grated apple 2 tbs
½ to 1 x cooked egg yolk… crumbled into mixture
1 very small drizzle of honey
2 x tablespoons natural yoghurt - no sugar
2 to 4 tablespoons rolled oats
1 dessertspoon of beef tin cat food…… Not dog food
½ teaspoon cod liver oil
2 tablespoons of grated apple
Mix to make a crumble mixture, roll into pellets and force feed if necessary, the bird may be too weak to eat or have lost the desire to eat.

This mix will last 12 hours in the fridge.

This is commonly called the rickets diet, its designed to boost the system of very sick hens. You must be careful when forcefeeding and do it slowly, never forcefeed water only with a eye dropper if you have to as it can go down into the lungs.
