I would be grateful for advice someone may be able to offer about our New Hampshire. She has something at her left eye which looks like it needs to be flicked away but is actually attached. At a guess, it's a damaged nictitating membrane. She is 11 weeks old. The eye is watering and she flicks her head occasionally, and tries to brush it away with her foot, not so much scratching at it. She's not distressed, but the quote for a vet consult certainly distressed me! Should I snip it off gently and see how she goes from there? Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
