Hi all, I have a muscovey duck about 10 yrs old.
She has a problem that I have never seen before.
Her name is Sarah. Sarah is blind and been so for some time.
Her overall health has been normal until now.
Now she keeps to herself a lot which is only 50% normal.
Her being blind I have to have everything in it's place to help her get around.
She has stopped going outside now. The coup is very well ventilated.
Now, her problem is this.
Sarah backs up to a wall or corner and puts her head on her back,
then she moves her head in a figure eight motion for a few minutes then stands there not moving.
It seems she has something going on in her head and I am worried about her. she eats and drinks as normal.
Has anyone seen this type of behaviour at all?

Muscovies, Chooks, Geese, Parrots, Cockatoos, CAT, DOGS and 1 long suffering hubby.
