Why are you "geting ready for sick hens in summer" ???

Did you have sick peahens previously?

How old are the Peahens? Type? have you wormed?

I have not wormed them and NO they are not peahens.
Last year I had 4 or 5 chickens suddenly die. I observed that all of them had purply-blue crests

Sounds like respiratory issues, maybe CRD.

Best precaution is
1) Worm your fowl twice a year (in the water)
2) just before winter give a dose of doxycycline hydrochloride if you can get it or sulfa3
3) Keep their feed and roost dry at all times
