hi if your just startrng budgies are hardy and very easy to breed,
zebra finches are hardy and very easy to breed also, barbary doves are good too a little harder to breed but still easy.and they all make great pets
the budgies can be trained to talk and can be hand tamed fairly easy
i have bred all these animals i like the barbary dove the best though.

if you have any more questions feel free to ask

If you can put wire on the floor to stop the mice digging holes. mine is about half a foot under the ground so you can't see it but it stops those little rodents and big ones har har!!
