Yes all eggs same incubator is fine, BUT you need to keep in mind that some eggs hatch 18 days and others 21 days etc

Bobwhite 21-23 days
California Quail 22-23 days
Gambel's Quail 21-23 days
Mountain Quail 24-25 days
Chinese Painted Quail 16 days
Coturnix Quail 16-17 days

No different to any other quail and they are easy in all ways I would say as easy to keep as the zebra finch
