I have always used larger incubators for turkey eggs - the old box style Mulitplos are the absolute best but they are hard to get in working order these days - now using an R-Com Maru 380 - it successfully hatched some goslings and we are waiting for turkey eggs but not expecting much that way I will nto be disapointed

Sadly I've decided to reurn to sender the large incubator I bought a few months ago. Aside from arriving damaged and broken, once I repaired it I realised that a cabinet-style incubator needs to be in an air-conditioned room in the tropics. Otherwise, alarms are ringing all the time, because the exhaust fan can't expel hot air quickly enough, and the eggs get cooked! That's really a bit much for a hobby farmer, I think. So, I've resorted to the old cheap, easy-to-control variety with which I have had success.

Are all turkey eggs the same temp and humidity needs or do the different types need different settings?

My experience suggests that each turkey variety has the same requirements re temp and humidity. You can also read some of Andrewschooks posts earlier in this thread for more helpful advice.

Yes have to agree with topender they are all the same and by no mean a hard fowl to hatch in fact very easy in even the cheap incubators

Is the humidity super important at the start? I know it is at the end
