Hello I would like for advice of which chick starter would be best suited

They might differ slightly in which grain and protein meal used but the vitamin and mineral premix will be the same. Just make sure the bag you buy is fresh.

The Riverina has a much better Analysis by the looks anyway so yes use thay one for sure

I use the riverina and I find it excellent all my chick seem to like it from day one and they grow well on it I think its has more vitamins and minerals than most of the others and if I am right he has some grit also included for their digestion

What about using turkey starter instead of chick starter is that similar and ok to use?
