All very confuzzling, but if you clearly mark photographs as 'Photographs Please Do Not Bend' they even inevitably are trice folded and squashed into your letter box. Same thing with packages marked 'Fragile Handle With Care', they possibly play footy with the parcels when sorting.

Where possible best to personally check out the breeder and collect the eggs in person or get recommendations by word of mouth or reading forums etc.

Good sellers don't need to advertise much and the replacement was a good idea but I think limited

Raf

sometimes you have to advertise more than you would like as there are some out there that ought to work for OZ Post = the some dont stomp on the parcels but they do 'stomp on your name/reputation'

a bit of extra advertising helps on occassion so others know you are still around and have chook eggs available

I have purchased many eggs in via mail with a very good success rate. My only really bad lot were due to bad broody's not the seller/postage problems.

The last lot I purchased from LilysCreek Araucanas, came expertly wrapped and even included an extra dozen that I hadn't ordered. wee. Can't get better than that. Should have stuck them all in the incubator instead of under broodys though.

Don't let horror stories put you off. Still the best way to get new breeds if you can't purchase them locally.
