Unboxing the incubator shows the excellent packaging used, once removed there are two feet that fit on the bottom of the incubator by removing the protective tape covering and sticking them in place.

the middle and bottom door latches are in place but the top one is not finished, u need to remove the silver screws and fit the latch into the same holes with the screws that are provided in the pacakage.

following the instructions to fit the wafer and getting the temp right does not take very long at all, one note, make sure u turn the controller in teh desired direction as noted on the sticker, as u can see in one of the pictures i have a multiquip wet bulb thermometer, i chose to use this and leave the QGF thermometer soley for that purpose.

File comment: this shot shows the hygrometer/thermometer in its correct position, it also shows the wafer temperature control with wing locking nut in place to stop accidental adjustment.

File comment: this shows the wafer, if u follow the colour instructions to the letter its easy, the instructions are in colour and are very in depth.

That is one serious bit of kit there. I hope you have many, many enjoyable hatchlings in a couple of weeks.

Don't forget to post baby photos.

Hubba Hubba baby! That is one sweeeet lookin incubator Red [smilie=a_holycrap.gif]

Lovely photos too, nice and clear and you've got some excellent explanations in there too which would be very helpful for anyone wanting some help with set up.

Well done [smilie=a_goodjobson.gif]

Oh and yes pics of babies is a definite must. But that's a given isn't it since you posted pics of your baby quails already so we just have to wait to see your next brood :-D

Cheers
