He said the temperature was kept at "1 Temperature 39.3" I thought it was supposed to be about 37.6

High incubation temperatures will result in a quicker hatch as well as high levels of mortality and deformity. The temperature of 39.3 is bordering on lethal in a forced draught incubator. It would be closer to the mark at the top of the eggs in a still air machine where the temperature gradient means that there is a lower temperature at the bottom of the eggs.
Condensation dripping from the lid is an indication of how well the lid is insulated and how low the outside temperature is. It has very little connection with the humidity in the machine but probably means that it is far too high.
There are plenty of guinea experts on here who will give you better advice.

I should say that I do not keep guinea fowl and that is why I mentioned that there are plenty of guinea experts on this forum. But incubation requirements for all varieties of poultry are very similar and, as I think your incubator is a fan forced variety, 37.6 would be a suitable temperature. If the incubator is still air probably around 39 would suit.
