I could do with a few in the freezer but hate the mess of processing them buggers

Yes the table geese are messy but good for feathers and meat so worth the mess

I was reading in the USA they breed the canadian table geese for the chinese markets 100% eating table fowl

Yep but make sure you don't over cook as these table fowls can be tough
