Are you asking how to tell if a duck is blind? Cataracts and corneal edema will make the eye look all white almost milky is appearance

How does a duck survive if it was blind how can it eat or find water

I've had a duck that lost an eye due to an injury but that was one eye not both. I would imagine that you would need a small coop for it and possibly a mate for company I think you'd find that it would follow the sound of the other duck and its other senses would kick in. You would have to be careful with depth of water though.

Yes they find there way as long as the cage is small and you don't change the layout they can do well
