Do I need to clip the wings of my new call ducks before I let them out on the property?

If you think they may be able to fly, cut em.

I did my Bantam Saxomy as I dont want to loose them.

You only clip one wing, that throughs them off balance and they can't fly.
Alternatively you can pull the flights on one wing only.
If you pull flights they grow back in a couple of months, if you clip the wing the feathers will not be replaced until the Autumn when they moult.
Remember that any of the bantam breeds can fly and if spooked or harrassed in any way can take to the air and be gone, sometimes for good and at times will return.
A permanent solution is to keep them in a covered area or drastic as it at first seems you can pinion one wing, this is the removal (amputation) of the last joint on one wing.
Remember in some states it is not legal to keep Mallard type ducks as they can escape and breed with some species of native ducks (I think this is the case in Vic).
Someone will correct me on this if the laws have changed and I am incorrect.

all waterfowl best to contact RSPCA for verification...
someone i know that works in a wild life park said that even though a bird is pinioned it still needs its wing clipped after a moult anyway...
