I am going to try some home grown duck on the week end not looking forward to the chop part but I am looking forward to the cooking part

Thats the shot its not hard once you have done it once or twice and the mallard rouen is an easy one to process

Yes they do carry plenty of feather to use for stuffing

Would be interesting to weigh the feathers I think the rouen mallard may have as much as a new england goose ;)
