Hi Danny yep I was told by a few now that it is fake there even at the club a few told me its called fakeyard har!har! how so very sad for her.

Anyway to answer your question I have 106 mallard rouens which is twice any other breeder in Nsw and I breed 10 times any other and the best quality available in australia and yes I do have pet breeds and show breeds of ducks and geese.

So good to talk to real people on a real web site thanks

Yep it's as fake as whipped cream from a can but gives us all a dam good laugh in the poultry world across oz and laugh at her we do and laugh and laugh and laugh..................................................................

106 mallard rouens is nice lots of roast there from those table fowls

Yes thats the idea is to always have enough for eating
I hate feeding table fowl if they are not eaten in the first year especially the mallard rouen table fowls that are ugly to look at so the sooner the better for us

I think I read 3-4 hours because they are table fowls they are quite tender and juicy naturally bred for the oven YUM!

What's the right number of drakes and ducks of these mallard rouen eating ducks for a sustainable number of fresh meat throughout the year.

Also can these mallard rouen meat ducks mix with pet breeds of ducks?

Is it best to slow cook the mallard rouens? I want some over xmas not sure the best cooking time?
