My biggest full grown male is around 3.5kg and the female around 2.5 kg.

Push that up to about 5kg for drakes and 4kg for ducks they are to light

I know I need to get the weight up which is the reason I was asking Muscovy Mayhem what size his mature ducks and drakes were.

Thanks - I do know what weight they should be - what I want is someone with Aylesburys that size to sell me some fertile eggs! I have now bought Aylesburys from three different sources all of whom assured me they had LARGE PUREBREDS - they are obviously NOT.
