Finally the brain clicked into gear, Geo fabric or geo cloth is it's name . They use it to line trenches and as a weed suppressant when re-vegetating sites and some times as erosion control. |

hello just to confirm it is called geo or geo fabric we use at work and comes in different width rolls also different thickness and yes is very hard on knives we use a chainsaw to cut the rolls to the right length |

My new coops are being made use the chain link mesh or sometime called cyclone fencing as there is no way a dog can get through it which is the sole reason I am using it as I have had that experience of a neighborhood dog break into one of my coops by ripping the wire and killed half the chickens in there the other half manager to escape |
