It looks quite handy and plenty big enough for four hens. A solid floor such as concrete or pavers would make it predator proof and keep the litter dry. They are fairly light so need to be anchored securely. You don't say what part of the country you are in or whether the chooks will be allowed to free range but it would be best located with some protection from full summer sun and cold winter winds. If the chooks are to be let out I like pop hole type doors as they tend to deter wild birds.
I have never checked out the market for pre-built chook houses but it looks to be OK value.

At first I was concerned it was a little small but I can let them free range in the morning and afternoon when I am home. Not being handy on building stuff its my only choice really but I want to make sure I don't waste my money.
Thank you for your thoughts on the coop

How big is your run on the front, that is a good idea but I don't have much room

I like it and for 4 chooks its will be fine but if you build a hen run off the front section then you could have more hens

Sounds nice and big how many hens do you have? I may not be able to go that big as I am limited on space
