It should be composted first tho all animal poo has human pathagens in needs to get up to 55 degrees for 3 full days to kill them.

If you have enough it is , need to be 50% water and at least 1 meter high pile it will soon get there then turned to put the outside to the centre to heat that .
Wait for it too cool then use it , the other alternate is to use compost worms or earth worms they have a enzyme that kills the pathogen too , but won't kill the weed seeds.

The compost bins are the best as they heat to 100+ so breaks down much faster

you really don't want to go over 70 oC tho or it goes anaerobic and could produce alcohol and spontaneously combust when it reaches over 75 oC

Don't use wood shavings like I did it brought the white ants in from miles and they attacked the boxes also
