I must be the luckiest person around here.
I don't have trouble with snakes or goannas.
I do have small Keel back snakes but they don't give any trouble. They eat young cane toads so they are very welcome.
I also have the bandy bandy. It only comes out at night after a rain and is too small plus eats insects and small rodents.
I do have trouble with the winged variety of bird eaters.

Take a photo and let us all see, that is what you do...i have had a couple of those but they were only after the eggs....not ideal I agree.

My late hubby worked in a prison farm in NT. They had pigs and poultry.
The most common snakes after the eggs and chooks were the Pythons and Browns.
The biggest brown they caught with a chook in the belly was 11 feet long. It couldn't get through the mesh to get out.
A python as thick as a man's arm was about the same length. It lived in the roof of the kitchen.
