But have you seen a giant Weta? Google it..... They like dark damp places, so you need to watch out in basement rooms. icon_gaah!

I loose 2 or 3 dozen geese eggs every year to the large monitor goannas and its just something I have to accept if I want my geese free range but still very annoying to say the least

I have large metal dog crates for the geese to set in.
I lock it up at night and don't lose any eggs to anything. The crates are open daytime for her to get food and water.
