At what age for heavy breeds to change from pullet grower to layers pellets/mash?

I use this brand of feed and followed the advice in the booklet.

I do mine at 15-16 weeks but I also do it a little slower change over than some

I start mixing layers pellets in at 12 weeks but at the start just 10% then build on that
