This years 56 keets so far again all supporting the cinnamon and silver being sex-linked as documented fact and confirmed by the leading expert breeders and genetic experts in Australia. The kiddies theory of cinnamon or silver being anything else is just that and please try not to laugh at them too much they just don't have a clue  sidesplit.gif

Lets get everyone to post your breeding results for sex-linked cinnamon and silver I will try to put together a 'learners pack' - 'Guineas for Dummies' and sent to the kiddies chooky hangout

I have 11 sex linked cinnamon keets and 8 sex linked silver as of this morning all were bred from sex linked parents as fully expected yes. Their sex linked parents were also bred from sex linked parent so in other words the new sex linked cinnamon and sex linked silver keet have of course sex linked grand parents as can only be the case. I don't worry about google internet breeders they just look foolish and everyone knows who they are

Like all the past years I have again paired 7 cinnamon males to lavender females and again the results are split males and female cinnamons. I usually pair cinnamon to cinnamon or to silver as I have plenty of both but have spare males of cinnamon so I pair them to lavender pieds usually the reverse lavender pied so I get good pied cinnamon females. I guess those that are unable to breed them and just buy eggs and hatch as we have seen recently will make up stories to cover their inabilities to breed such a simple fowl, very sad.

I have a few pairing of splits to cinnamon and yep the keets are all as should be with sex linked because they are sex linked and no amount of google searching and copying duck genetics will change that, my responce to the wits is "get a life"

I  at the new term from rollgoogle you guys posted in GG "Guinduck Gentetics" sidesplit.gif

I am no expert but I did have budgies for 6 years for showing and I bred 5 cinnamon last year and now have 4 more this year and they were bred consistent with the sex linked as I only got hens last year from the lavender bred to the cinnamon hen
