GF they are very easy to catch all you need to do is use a smallish cage and start feeding them inside for a few day and once they are used to it close the door on them. You are best to catch the ones you want straight away to limit stress so use a small hand held net like the one pictured They are so easy to catch I find a chicken harder |

Yep I use a small net and lock them in the chook pen and then easy to just catch them up. Very easy bird to catch. I was told once to catch them at night but that is a very bad idea and never try that |

I kept their old pen so I can use it to catch them anytime and like all you I just use a little finch net and take what I need and then let the rest out. Could not be any easier and yes the easiest bird to catch from all the birds I have. Good advice Bimba you should NEVER catch them at night thats just plain stupid |

The cage I use is only 4ft high but its great they can't fly up and easy to catch. I feed them every day in it so if I want 1 I can get it that day. I also use a small hand net like the picture I also use it for my zeb finches and they are much harder to catch than guineas the guineas are a breeze |

I use the spare coop for catching any of my free range birds even the ducks. I rarely need to but the guineas do sneak off and come home with keets so then I use it. I agree with everyone they are so very easy to catch even my young son can catch them with the small hand net in the coop. Never try to catch them out side that would be just silly |

Yep outside they are likely to run into a fence and hurt themselves internally also is more terrifying for them to be chased like that is plain cruel and animal abuse I think |

Catching them in a cage is the only way thats simple and easy as, you would have to be fairly stupid to try and catch them out side ![]() |
