Is it known where the first red eye silver appeared and who named it?

I just looked in GG and there is reference to Margaret in S.A that bred them first and named them silver after her new silver zephyr which was a car way back then, before my time.

Yes the decades old breeding book from MT shows that she definitely named them Silver and she got it right as they are silver not strawberry eyed lavender like the dummies think.

Thank you Margaret of south australia for breeding and naming the red eye silver gf a_partyguy.gif full credit to you and you only a_bravo.gif

The red eyed cinnamon and red eye silver guinea fowl have been proven over decades of breeding and factual records from genuine honest breeders not reliant on google searching and duck genetics to be the result of sex-linked in all forms. It is NOT the result of an autosomal recessive. No amount of google searching/copy/paste of human, duck, budgie, ostrich genetics by kids with no experience can change this. It appears some elsewhere are trying to look intelligent by using big words and phases not related to guinea fowl in any way but the result is they look foolish and embarrassing. Thankfully very, very few view this rubbish elsewhere and as this forum is far more popular than any other in Australia [just look at the views] the right info here will always overcome the rubbish.

The red eyed cinnamon and red eye silver guinea fowl are sex-linked, that's a fact, end of story. To the knockers its best to take up a hobby or get some friends perhaps and get out and enjoy life

These other theories are like a scratched record and its funny how they pop up every few months and its a different name but the same old tired rhetoric so I bet its the same person and now its just old and boring. I think they need to 'get over it'
