Thanks :)
I thought ages ago I had heard it make the female sound but haven't heard it since, the only noises Ash makes is the alarm sound and these little sounds that I have heard the parents make to their babies.
We have another one that was raised with bantams and she makes the female sound all the time and she is younger that this one.
I was hoping female as she hangs out with the chooks and I didn't want a male harassing them .
All the other GF we have (16) seem to be easy to tell by wattles and sounds.

Yeh you never go one their sounds as thats what the beginers say to do but its sooooo wrong 99.9% of the time, always go by the wattles like honest breeders do

Well it now looks like one wattle is cupped forward and the other flat , could it still be female ?

In regards to the noises do the males make that noise that they say only the females make ?

The noise is all crap just go by the wattles like the real breeders do and you can't go wrong
