I must have a bunch of duds then, I have recently lost chicks and cockatiels to snakes and I have 14 guinea fowl. I even caught a Coastal Carpet Python, dropped it on the ground near my hen house and let the guineas out, they just walked over it and ignored it.

I must have dud guinea fowl, I dropped a Coastal Carpet python near them just to see what they would do and not one single gf showed the slightest bit of interest in it.
