How good are guineas at killing and keeping snakes away? I read here and backyard chickens that they are awesome so just want to confirm if I need a few in the flock or how many to kill all the snakes?

Mine have excellent deterrence and killing qualities and kill all the snakes they can hunt out, I was reading the brown snakes in victoria are far less last year than in the last 10 thanks to guineas

Heaps say they are as good as peafowls at hunting the snakes

Great for dobbing in foxes also. I've topped quite a few foxes that have been snooping around the shearing shed, including one yesterday morning.

They kill and eat red bellies and eastern browns for breakfast

They are the best snake killers going
