Hi can you let me know if there is a membership fee for the Sicilian Buttercup Club and is there any breeders in Victoria?

I looked at these at the at shop with the big horns looked like the devil but the bloke selling them did not know much about them. Do they self incubate IE the hen sits on eggs? do they lay every day?

No membership fees.
Yes, there are only 2 registered breeders of pure Sicilian Buttercups in Victoria and both are female breeders, both ladies have a great deal of experience with them.

No we all use artificial incubators as they are the worst brooders. Yes most do lay most days

Jill has written an article in ASBBG on this and its fabulous, she is the oldest breeder of sicilican buttercups in australia and the most successful with the only pure original line of her's
