Post subject: | DNA ratio of parents?? |
I was recently told by a retail poultry business owner that there is more of the roosters DNA in the offspring than the hens. He said that there was 75% of the roosters DNA and only 25% of the females DNA in the offspring. Is this correct? I'd always assumed that it was 50-50 |

Its correct and in some breeds it can be 80% Roo |
