Welcome to APF KKKCampbells.

Your question is not a stupid one at all.

Ducks can suffer from coccidiosis, but they are affected much more rarely than chickens, pheasants or turkeys.

Each of these birds gets their own species of coccidia, so the ducks are not usually affected by chicken coccidia, and vice versa.

Fortunately, they all respond to the same treatment.
Baycox (toltrazuril) is the most effective;
Amprolium and sulpha drugs also have some effect.
