I was disappointed with the show I may not go next year

I was talking to a gent yesterday who attended and was told that a certain breed was poorly represented and that in his opinion most of what was on display [in that breed] should have been put in the pot quite some months ago. I was asked if the birds were only there the one day – so explained the set up – only to be told – “No way I will be exhibiting at Royal level” so I suggested the 2 day Royal Canberra next year.

Thanks soozorps he was worth missing it. I will be travelling to Canberra for the nationals next year and I have told the wife no sudden births around that time

I agree with the comment about the auction should be held on the last day I didn't go because I could not come back to pick them up and not to mention the cost to come back so I think they need to change when the auction is done and consider the buyers. The show was ok but again not as good as last year I thought some of the fowl should have been left at home in the pet coop as to me some were just pet quality or eating quality, hope next years is better

If enough voices are heard changes are often made

If you can please post the contact info here others can then easily put in a submission as well

this forum has a LOT of members - if even half of the members voice concern about when the auction is and that they think it should be at the end of the show - - - - - - - -

the power of one may be good but the power of MANY is sooooooooo much better :-D
