The NAPIS rings for this year have arrived and will be distributed. They are gold Aluminium rings.14000 rings were ordered for a variety of breeds which is a good number for the trial.Once I receive mine I will post a pic.

Going to shows and talking to exhibitors most have no objection to the trialling of the rings.Confusion from some that thought it was mandatory and some have commented I'm not interested at the moment in participating but have no objection to your birds wearing them.Which is what its all about just allow those that want to participate in the trial to do so.

NAPIS Committee will be releasing a report update soon.

Yes the rings are now Aluminium, the aluminium is a better ring and better quality.

The price will increase slightly. This year's rings NAPIS absorbed the extra cost of buying the aluminium rings. We are currently working on a report which will have the new prices .Also once all the rings and logbooks have been delivered we will look at the cost of postage to the price that was charged

than657 for the update Amanda.

A slight increase would be expected with the metal rings and I for one would be happy to pay it as they are a better quality

2014 rings will be open to order Feb 2014 onwards

TIBBZ 2103 rings for this year have officially closed as we have received the rings from supplier.
Depending on what size you require I will have some spares as we have reduced some of our breeds and I ordered some other size rings which I am going to use on some of our mixed bunch of ducks that are "pets" for trialling size. Some ring sizes we rounded up orders so if you would like some rings send me an email with sizes and I'll see if they are the sizes I have.email jeffrey.fulcher@bigpond.com.au
