Can i show my langshan rooster if he is molting?

best not to if you want him to win, although it depends on where you aer, other competitors may also have moulting birds. you need to determine which features important toh te breed such as tail shape etc are deprived by lack of feathers.

an important skill in the breeder department is bringing their birds into condition when its time for the show season according to your area.

I didn't put him into the show, I think it's just the show that comes early in the year.

As a rule you should always put your best fowl forward in the best condition possible and never show any fowl that is commencing a moult, in a moult or ending a moult its not just as you will not win or place but that the club has the best chance of a good showing with good competition for all exhibitors

What happens if the fowl starts to molt after the show starts like a 2 day show
