How young can I show a hen aka pullet? do the hens get marked down for lack of combs ect...?

that's a good guide RAF, they need there adult feathers and a good size depending on the standards which is about POL.

It totally depends on the breed some can be shown at 14 weeks some at 20 weeks as the fancy fowls are slower to mature
