According to greenaus back on June 10, the date is the 27th.

But, this topic is about Gatton, so...

In addition to a chook or two, my source tells me, "A packed show program is heavy with motorsport-based entertainment this year, including monster trucks, motorcycle stunt shows and last year's big success, the ride and drive."

There is a "massive fireworks display" on Friday night (July 18).

Admission is $12 for adults and $7 for pensioners and school children.

Does anyone know what the show is like for number of Birds on display or if there are in sales there? I have never gone to a show and looked at the livestock before. Is it worth the drive???

I drove our family out to Blackbutt several weeks ago for the show out there and it was worth it.

Gatton should be BIGGER and I'm sure will be worth the short drive down from Toowoomba.

Come down and enjoy the day.

I'll probably have my family there a bit after noon.

I'll wear my navy APF bucket hat....and knowing me I'll also be in black trousers and black or navy jumper. I'll stand out because everyone else will be in denim jeans and "country" attire.

It's been 10-15 years since I wore denim...maybe I should go shopping this week.

There were none (or so few we weren't even allowed in) when we went Friday evening.
