Well gong
youll have to hurry
a woman whom shows under name of Ruff from FNQ has a 2-3 year jump on you already apparently
She spends all her time creating colours
She is well along aparently
I recieved an email from her last week along with some pictures
I contacted her in regaurds to Millefleur pekins she developed over the last 5 years. She showed them last year & won a Champ AOC with them
She has sent sveral photos and is also helping Pekin club on the australian standard for the colour
She developed Lavenders and was showing them back in 99
Steve Cox (his cuckoos at the auction)got his foundation stock of lavender from Ruff and she has been colaborating with several breeders in NQ and also central qld on the millefluer
She loves making new colours but spreads them round in case she gets wiped out by snakes ,dogs or thieves.
(Ive put a request in to share some bloodlines)
If she is as far along with gold lace she said, Id expect them in shows in the next year or 2.
She seems very dedicated to new or reviving old colours
If I can figure out how to put photos on here(forum or gallery) I will
they look great
Suggest you also contact her. She goes by name of Ruff.(shows as
ruff e nuff apparently)
Can some one help me with loading photos please , or point me to the directions. ThanksDave

Seems to me the fancy needs more like that
Me, havnt made any new colours but am in process(never ending it seems) to try
Seriously, send her a mail, she watches another forum like this one
She may be of assistance. she has helped me the past month

Is ruff Karen Johns?????? She developed the lavender and that is where Steve Cox got his lines from I believe.

Dave, if you mean uploading photos, you can create an account by Pm'ing admin or PA and asking them to create you one, then you can put a thumbnail in your post, or one other method i use is photbucket, just resize the image and copy and paste the image code into the post, if you need anymore help, just ask.

Brother & I bred Lavenders in 1989-1990 they also appeared in Haigslea around the same time and I believe in WA.

Wollongong. Stick with Peacocks Aust I met them on Saturday and you can't go wrong and this is the only site worth worrying about.
Cheers Drew
